Realize this is old news, but just happened across it..
I just tried the link to verify. This shutdown seems to be a fairly clunky spoof. The DOJ/FBI only has jurisdiction within the physical boundaries of the USA (I'm reaching this site from France, BTW). And the Department of Homeland Security??? It's a weak joke, I believe. Even the two federal seals are low...
