*ROBOT THREAT UPDATE* iRobot - Robots for the Real World

WORRYING ROBOT DEVELOPMENT QUOTES:

"large swarms of autonomous robots"

"distributed algorithms for robotic swarms composed of hundreds of individual robots"

"the user cannot program, charge, or even turn on the robots by hand"

"As robots head towards ubiquity, swarms will become the norm rather than the exception"

"The Robot Ecology(TM) provides resources so that the robots can keep themselves running, and the HIVE user interface provides centralized command and control of the swarm"

HIVE user interface?! We've heard that before. WE'VE HEARD THAT BEFORE. If they mention a hyper-alloy combat chassis MANKIND IS DOOMED.

GROWING ROBOT THREAT

THIS IS HOW IT STARTS. You can laugh, but THIS IS HOW IT STARTS. We are not mad. You must prepare to FIGHT. You must LEARN HOW TO FIGHT THE ROBOTS.
