Only 10 megapixels. Nothing said about the 10 frames per second, the world-class autofocus system (redesigned and improved), 14-bit conversion, Live Preview (how many DSLR's have this? Exactly 2), and more functions than the space shuttle.

Canon does not even try to sell cameras to difficult UKians, it sells them mainly to Japanese people who then take them to America to photograph our many scenic dams, chemical plants, and port facilities.
I don't know why they need infrared sensors and GPS recievers and all that crap built into their cameras for this, but they do. They're inscrutable like that.

Slightly better than batteries but I don't really want a camera at the moment because I've heard that they are going to bring out a mobile phone soon that actually has a camera in it. What I do need is a computer because I haven't got one. I saw a really cool advert the other day about 3 new computers that have just come out, one's an apple, one's a macintosh and I think the other's a mac. These new computers don't break at all, ever and you can play music on them too. I don't really want one of the old politically correct computers - because I like to be outrageous every so often and the pc brigade probably wouldn't let that happen. Now correct me if I'm wrong but the company that make apple also make ipod? Is that right? Well I know this site is an ipod site - so I guess I won't get impartial advice but is it right that they are absolutely the best by miles? They seem expensive but I've got a brilliant job and I make shit loads of money. The bank won't even take it any more I have to bury it in the garden. (Obviously I do take care with it I put it in a bin liner first. So, anyway, what do you think? Apple or Mac? Don't try to baffle me with jargon either I'm pretty clever myself. And cool.

I thought a built in flash was STANDARD these days. 'shooting up to 10 fps', you need at least 25fps for it not to be jerky.

that camera actually looks pretty decent. it has a proper lens that you can change and adjust and a sensor big enough to actually use those 10 megapixels properly.
It is however very much an anorak camera with no style whatsoever.
