What the hell is that machine for? Does it drag people in who've been in a fire? That sure looks like a fire engine beside it.
I came back to look at this and I still have no idea whatsoever what this machine is for, beyond picking people up off the street. Is it something for pulling up murder victims or something? Christ that's weird but what else the hell could it be? For pulling unconscious people out of two storey buildings? If it isn't for people at all then why is it shown interacting with a human dummy?
