We don't understand any of the technical specifications of it apart from the 128GB bit, but it's new. So it has to be good. It will be particularly good when compared to the five-year-old hard drive that precariously contains all the Idiot Toys data in a variety of fragmented files.

The correct measure of data capacity is "how many MP3s can you fit on it" - in this case something like a billion trillion.
More like about 31,000 than a billion trillion.
And SSDs sound nice, but you can only write to each cell a number of times before it breaks. Ok, it's about a million times, so in your memory stick you won't notice, but fudging an OS around all the time as these things do and it might be reasonably broken.

Add to that the inclusion of a DRAM cache in the disk architecture that further enhances its operational capabilities as well as lifespan.
You might want to think about having enough enough memory to not need a swap file on that solid state disk, one of those would kill it double quick. The big win has to be that it doesn't use much electricity, so your battery will last a bit longer. And it presumably will not be quite so sensitive to knocks & bangs.
