*Jingle* Promotional image of the weeeeek

An amazingly tight lawn. This is how tight the lawns of Berlin were mown during the height of the Nazi regime. Stunning uniformity, even up to the borders.

Granddad's lawn

Imagine being old. Imagine your only concern being how straight the lawn is mown. Instinct says this sort of straightness can only come from decades of practise.

Slow day for tech stories and thing holding is it?

How about some pics of cute Asian chicks holding Easter eggs or something?

Incidentally, its not hard to get your lawn looking like that, provided you have a lawn mower with a heavy enough roller at the back and you can walk in a straight line.

One day I will be concerned only with how straight the lines in the lawn are. Until then, I will be working on my special plan: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqi4VpdMNmE

I notice that so far nobody has mentioned the little horse in the background.

I like the horse. If you squint you can imagine it is tiny and is walking along the top of the hedge.

You have to squint a lot though.

It looks like the turf has been laid in different directions to give the impression of rolled stripes. The wedge shape between the manholes is a dead giveaway. This is cheating and should not be encouraged.

I feel like this is some sort of test. There must be a hidden message in this image.

I'll try staring at the lawn for a few hours, see if it's a "magic eye" of a battery or a minge or something.

If you want to know about lawns in Nazi Germany I suggest you talk to George H. W. Bush.

A good example of striped paint being deployed. Noticing the straight trim, if I'm not mistaken, it looks like a 6" flatting brush was used.
