What's wrong with using flash outside? Admittedly it's not the best picture in the world, but if it was actually shot outside the flash was probably used to balance the background exposure http://strobist.blogspot.com/2006/03/lighting-101balancing-flash-with.html
What I love about these LG shots is the fact that these people seem to stand in front of famous landmarks and then simply take a picture of just themselves...
i am certain there were men following these ladies who could have offered to take their picture?
I mean it is not like stalking if you happen to be in Sao Paulo at this shoot by coincidence or if you seated only 3 rows back from them on the plane to Rio. Or just 2 taxi's back from them now...
