Having looked at this picture for several minutes (for research purposes) I'm fairly convinced that it is, in fact, an arse with a bra on.

After thorough examination I can conclude that they ARE in fact tits.
They are far too round to be someone's arse and as for them being a guys arse there is not enough hair, especially in the crack.
Also, about her being a fat bird due to arm placement, it seems she is actually using her arms to hold her tits in place rather than her gut in check and to achieve that angle she must have been lying down with her head back and the camera at her chin.
All in all a very trusting girlfriend and someone is a lucky boy...
