If you look though the man knows he's been caught in the act of looking at kurosawksinememe (I don't know female tennis players names, just their legs). So, to hide his embarrasment he's changed to a program with a blank screen that he's had open for the last hour and should therefore really have something on it. AND at the same time he's picked up his phone to pretend-ring the boss in order to complain that the program isn't working. See the well masked panic in the man's eyes, he knows that this time he's definatly been caught.
The reason I can interpret this so well is because this sort of thing was always a recurring theme whilst I was in IT lessons. Although in my case it was a thai bride service that proudly admitted that their 'wives' would shit on you for money.
I would shit for money. Also - I can clearly read the text "growth failure" on that screen. Are you sure this isn't the wank police?
