All fun aside, It looks like a complete home humidifier/dehumidifier system or at least six rooms of a home. And the side of the front unit shows the LG logo. They are probably controlled wirelessly. The 2 units in the back that look like notebook binders are for small rooms or a bathroom. Probably part of a larger system. The AC/heater unit is not shown.
